Source of vitamins and minerals, the noix is also rich in antioxidants and omega-3s which makes it an ideal ingredient for building muscle and providing good fats.
⦿ Almonds whole roasted 47% (Origin Italy),
Rich in vitamins et minerals almonds have multiple benefits while improving the glycemic control.
⦿ Freeze-dried banana powder 5%,
Thanks to its richness in vitamins, in particular B6, the banana makes it possible to reduce fatigue while providing a satiety effect.
⦿ Curry powder 1%,
Curry and rich in magnesium, phosphorus and vitamin K, E. Curry is also rich in antioxidants and aids digestion.
⦿ PDO Guérande salt (Origin France),
For athletes, salt helps with hydration and maintain blood pressure balance. It provides sodium, a mineral salt needed during exercise.
