Which High5 gel to choose: Energy Gel ou Aqua Energy Gel ? Both kinds of gel have the same function. However, Aqua Energy Gel is lighter in consistency, between liquid and gel. Energy Gel is slightly thicker in consistency, but is less bulky and lighter in weight, making it easier to carry larger quantities.
How to use the product
- Tear off the top of the bag and drink the gel directly from the sachet.
- During exercise, take up to three sachets per hour, less if you also use a sports drink.
When you exercise, it is important to stay hydrated. We therefore recommend using this product with High5 ZERO pellets.
