Use Energy Bar for long distance training or competitions.

Designed for sport use, Energy Bar has been used for long-distance triathlons, enduro mountain biking, multi-day endurance races, cycle-sport races, hiking, pole trekking, paddling Pacific crossings and swimming competitions. It is also very good as part of a carbohydrate-based diet (carbo-loading).
How to use the product
One bar per hour during the period of effort.
Ingredients
Dried fruits 61% (Sultane, Coconut, Sugar, Pineapple, Papaya, Apple, Banana, Sunflower oil, sulfites), Oats 18%, Maltodextrin, branoat 4%, Humectant (Vegetable Glycerol), Lemon Juice Concentrate.
For allergens, including gluten-containing cereals, see ingredients in gras. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts.
