Goldrink Premium Single Dose (40g) - Wild Berries

Sweating that accompanies prolonged exercise causes a loss of electrolytes and water from the body, especially when exercising at high temperatures. If the lost water and electrolytes are not replaced, the athlete can become dehydrated. Dehydration of 2% or more of body weight is enough to affect performance and lead to a loss of strength and speed, negatively impact the cardiovascular system, body temperature regulation, cognitive and mental performance (reduces the ability to concentrate, increases fatigue levels) and increased use of muscle glycogen.

Goldrink Premium GoldNutrition® is an excellent isotonic drink, without artificial sweeteners. It is composed of glucose and fructose in the ideal ratio of 2:1, important electrolytes, branched chain amino acids (BCAA) and of Glutapep®, a patented ingredient with two fast-absorbing peptides (L-alanine and L-glutamine) that promote performance and recovery. 

The addition of fast-absorbing amino acids to Goldrink Premium allows you to delay the depletion of muscle glycogen and reduce protein catabolism. Sodium associated with glucose stimulates the intestinal absorption of water, but this electrolyte will also stimulate the absorption of glucose in the intestine. Thus, the inclusion of sodium at the recommended doses in the isotonic drink allows the athlete to obtain better hydration and better sports performance.

How to use : 

To prepare the drink, add 1 level scoop (40 g) per 500 ml of water. Mix well.

Drink during training/tests lasting more than one hour. For testing between 1am and 2am, drink one dose every hour. For tastings between 2am and 3am, drink two doses per hour or alternate with gels.

Dextrose [51%], fructose [25%], maltodextrin [8%], l-leucine, acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium citrate, l-isoleucine, l-valine, Glutapep® (alanyl glutamine) [1%], sodium citrate, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), iodized sea salt, flavoring, coloring (anthocyanidins).

Manufactured in a facility that handles soy, gluten, egg and fish, so may contain traces of these.
