Total Hydro Whey consists primarily of OPTIPEP® 90, the hydrolyzed protein from whey isolate. It is a protein low in carbohydrates, fats and lactose, which has the advantage, compared to other proteins, of being quickly absorbed and easily digested.

Hydrolyzed protein is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of whey protein isolate, resulting in high quality protein peptides. It is a more easily digestible protein with a higher absorption rate. It therefore promotes faster muscle recovery after exercise, with greater stimulation of muscle protein synthesis, which leads to greater muscle growth. In addition, Total Hydro Whey is low in carbohydrates and fats, which promotes the reduction of body fat and makes it the perfect ally for maximum definition and increased muscle mass.

How to use it:
