The Choice of Ingredients:
- Native whey proteins are high-end proteins that have not undergone pasteurization, they are made cold. This preserves the original amino acid profile. They are made from organic milk and not from milk-derived cheese proteins.
- Coconut blossom sugar is distinguished from other sugars by a particularly low glycemic index. It also provides many nutrients (calcium, potassium and iron).
- Lean cocoa is defatted cocoa containing between 10 and 12% fat. It is without added sugar. It is rich in flavonoids (antioxidant).
Dosage & Preparation:
In the shaker:
Mix 40 g (4 heaped tablespoons) with 250 ml of liquid (water, vegetable or animal milk).
Shake the shaker well back and forth.
Without shaker:
Stir the mixture with a fork until completely dissolved.
In a smoothie (in a blender):
Mix your fruits or vegetables until you obtain a thick cream.
Add a dose of 40g (4 heaped tablespoons) of ATLET cocoa energy protein.
Blend for 15 seconds.
Drink the preparation during the day (keep cool).
How to use it:
ATLET cocoa energy protein can be taken at breakfast or as a snack between meals and will thus help to maintain the anabolic state.

BEFORE EXERCISE:
In order to prepare the muscles for a sports activity, you can take 1h to 1h30 before the effort:
A dose of 20 g (2 heaped tablespoons) or 40 g (4 heaped tablespoons) depending on the intensity and duration of the effort.
DURING EXERCISE:
Drinking your protein preparation regularly (2 or 3 sips every 20 minutes) will help fight muscle fatigue, especially during endurance exercise.
Taking protein during exercise will help reduce the state of catabolism* and the resulting muscle destruction.
AFTER THE EFFORT:
Take within 30 minutes (maximum) following the end of the effort (when muscle anabolism is greatest): 20 g (2 heaped tablespoons) of ATLET cocoa energy protein with 125 ml of liquid or 40 g (4 heaped tablespoons) of protein if long and intense effort.
The ATLET cocoa energy protein also contains coconut sugar in its formulation, therefore providing Proteins / Carbohydrates.
