Some advice

Prepare in advance

1. Fill in the Gel Mix Flask with 200 ml of water.
2. Add your Maurten Addition (optional) then shake.
3. Then pour in a sachet of Gel Mix 480.
4. Close the flask and shake vigorously until completely dissolved.
5. let stand class.
6. Drink directly from the flask during exercise.

The prepared mixture can be stored up to 72 hours in the refrigerator in an airtight flask.
