During exercise, your body loses water and minerals and quickly depletes its carbohydrate reserves. This all-in-one isotonic drink allows you to:

• Support the effort thanks to 38 g of carbohydrates from organic cassava maltodextrin (DE 10) and organic cane sugar, for a progressive and stable energy.

• Compensating for water losses with 828 mg of essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium).

• Promote endurance and recovery thanks to 1000 mg of BCAAs (4:1:1 ratio), 100 mg of glutamine et 100 mg of taurine.

How to use it?

• 1 serving (45 g) diluted in 500 ml of water, to be consumed during exercise.

• Adjust the concentration according to the duration and the heat:

  • ½ spoon → drink hypotonic (intense heat).

  • 1 spoon → isotonic standard (recommended).

  • 1,5 spoon → hypertonic (intense exertion or reduced hydration).

👉 Always adjust according to your volume drunk per hour: the more you drink, the more you can dilute.
