• Support the effort thanks to 38g of carbohydrates from organic cassava maltodextrin (DE 10) and organic cane sugar.

• Compensating for water losses with 828 mg of essential electrolytes (sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium).

• Promote endurance and recovery via 1000 mg BCAA (4:1:1), 100 mg glutamine and 100 mg taurine.

How to use it?

• 1 serving (45 g) diluted in 500 ml of water, to be consumed during exercise.

• Adjust the concentration according to the duration and the heat:

  • ½ spoon → drink hypotonic (intense heat).

  • 1 spoon → isotonic standard (recommended).

  • 1,5 spoon → hypertonic (intense exertion or reduced hydration).

👉 Always adjust according to your volume drunk per hour: the more you drink, the more you can dilute.
