How to use :
Take 1-2 bars per hour during exercise.
Ingredients:
Fructose syrup; rye flour (gluten); glucose; dark chocolate chips 9% (sugar; cocoa mass; low-fat cocoa powder; cocoa butter; glucose; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin); water; raising agents: sodium hydrogen carbonate, disodium diphosphate; spices. Contains cinnamon. Produced in a facility that also processes milk and nuts.
