Each stick contains:

• 2000 mg Arginine AKG:  Arginine alpha-ketoglutarate (AKG) is a specific and advanced form of arginine that improves its assimilation and absorption. It is the precursor amino acid of nitric oxide, which helps to develop the endothelial function of the blood vessel walls. As a result, blood circulation is improved, as is the amount of nitric oxide in the blood. In addition, arginine helps to synthesize proteins within the body's tissues, which helps to promote their repair.
• 1500 mg beta-alanine: It is a non-essential amino acid that promotes the synthesis of carnosine in muscle fibers, which significantly increases the levels of this substance in the muscles. Its main functions concern the regulation of PH, avoiding acidity within the body produced by lactate, which delays the onset of fatigue.
• 1500 mg of taurine: It is an amino acid that plays an important role in the immune system and helps protect cells. • Caffeine (125 or 250 mg, depending on flavor):  we have used anhydrous caffeine which keeps intact the properties of caffeine. In addition, it stimulates the mobilization and oxidation of fats thus reinforcing the availability of fuel for muscular work, optimizing the availability of glycogen reserves.

How to use : 

Take 1 stick 15 minutes before a demanding physical activity or during sports practice. Consume with the necessary amount of liquid to facilitate ingestion. Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
